At our state-of-the-art abattoir just outside Ballincollig, Co. Cork, we slaughter heifers, lambs & buffalo to meet our customers’ specific requirements and preferences.
- In most cases, animals are purchased by butchers from local farmers and then slaughtered here. The sides are then delivered to the butcher’s premises.
- We also have the capacity to offer a tailored service; our customers can be ‘breed specific’ – just let us know your needs with regard to breed and processing
